Refund policy

We hope you LOVE your Pilates Lovers Club merch but in the case you need to return your items please check our policy below.

To avoid return & exchange shipping costs please check the size charts closely as each style has a slightly different fit. If you prefer more of an oversized fit we recommend sizing up one or two sizes depending on the style. Each item has a detailed size chart for your reference. 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would be more than happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your item. Please email contact@pilatesloversclub.com with your order number to submit your return request. Please expect a 2-3 day processing time for your return request. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

All returned garment/s must be in brand new, unworn, un-washed condition with tags attached. If the garment is returned with any marks or scent from tan, deodorant, make-up etc, we will be unable to process your request. In this instance should you wish to keep your items you may be subject to cover costs for a re-shipment.

EXCHANGES

Please note if you are requesting an exchange there may be a slight delay subject to stock availability.

SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Please note all items purchased on sale or with any discount code are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
